THE OUTLAW KOLA BOOF
Born Naima Bint Harith in Omdurman, Sudan (1969/Pisces)...Kola Boof was adopted and raised by Black Americans in the Anacostia Park section of Washington, D.C. circa 1979. As an adult she returned to North Africa (via Israel) and became a teen fashion model. In 1996 Naima became involved with very dangerous men against her will (notably terrorist Osama Bin Laden). As of 2022, Kola Boof's novels have been acclaimed by the NY Times, Boston Globe and many others...yet the Bin Laden scandal coupled with the U.S. government's unforgiving dislike for KOLA BOOF have rendered her one of the most controversial (and unfairly despised) writers in America.
